Apply a layer activator and dry naturally. 7 Apply Base Coat again (do not dry) 8. Dip the nail into the powder. 9 Brush off any excess powder. 10. Apply a coat of activator and dry naturally. 11. Smooth and refine the surface with a buffer. 12. Apply a layer of topcoat and let it dry naturally. 13.
