If you cannot log in to your Barang Express account, please make sure you are using the correct username/email address and password combination.

If your registered email address is no longer active, you will still be able to log in using the correct email address or username and password combination. 

If you still cannot log in, please contact us.

To update your password, log in to your Barang Express account and click on “Your Barang Express” in the upper right corner of the page. Next, click “Edit Profile,” then click “Password” on the left side of the page.

Enter your new password in the appropriate field.

Using a web browser, go to https://barang.store and log in to your Barang Express profile. To update your email address, click “Edit” next to the field that displays your email address. As a security measure, you may be prompted to log in again. After logging in again, enter your new email address and click “Update.”

If you want to change your username after creating your account, you can do so.

Using a web browser, log into your Barang Express profile. Click on “Edit Profile.”

To change your username, click “Edit” next to the field where your username appears. As a security measure, you may be prompted to log in again. After logging in again, enter your new username and click “Update”.

Your username must be at least four characters long and must not contain spaces or special characters. If you choose a username that is already in use, you will get an error and have to choose a new one that is not already occupied.

Orders

You can check the tracking of any shipped orders in your Barang Express account.  

For orders that have been shipped, you can track orders and get specific tracking information. If your order has been shipped but your order information is not yet available, please send a message requesting updated information using Contact the Seller or contact us.

To issue a refund or replacement, go to “Your Orders” page, select the “Return or Replace Item” button for your order, and follow the instructions. Photos of the problem must be included.

You will receive a confirmation email that your request has been submitted.

You can report a missing item by filling out a refund or replacement request online.

Follow the prompts to fill out a refund or replacement request.

Replacements are free of charge, are subject to product availability, and are processed as an equivalent exchange.

If the original item does appear, please contact us.

Refunds are issued on the original method of payment.

For replacement requests, go to your order history for updates.

We are very sorry to hear that your order was damaged or defective. 

To help our sellers solve your problem quickly, we ask that you:

Contact us as soon as possible by logging into your Barang Express account, going to the “My Orders” page and selecting the “Need Help” button next to the damaged or defective item.

  • Include clear photos or a short video to show the damage/failure.
  • Provide any additional comments to describe the damage/failure that will help in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Once you submit your request, the seller will be able to review it and help us solve your problem.

We are sorry to hear that your order arrived with missing parts. Your order may be packaged in multiple boxes, so sometimes it happens that one package may arrive before another.

To help our sellers solve your problem, we ask that you:

Check the packaging and merchandise for any compartments (including zipper compartments) if parts are inside. Contact us as soon as possible by logging into your Barang Express  account.

Include clear photos or provide a short video of the parts you received.

If the product has a manual, please also attach a photo of the page describing the missing parts.

After you submit your request, the seller will review it and provide you with a solution.

You can request a cancellation based on the status of items on your order.

  • Select the order in your Barang Express  account to view order details (you must be logged in).
  • Find the item(s) you want to cancel and select Request Cancel.
  • Select the reason for cancellation, then select Cancel item.

This information will help us find ways to improve your online shopping experience.

After you request a cancellation

You will receive an email confirming your cancellation status. You will not be charged for the canceled item, but your card may reflect a temporary authorization restriction. Funds will become available as soon as your bank removes the restriction.

When we receive your canceled order, we will process the refund and send a refund confirmation email. 

Shipping

Unfortunately, our sellers cannot offer express shipping at this time.

We recommend sending a request prior to purchase so that the seller can give you an approximate delivery date.

Different couriers ship items with different policies and services; unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the courier will call you before delivery.

When the seller ships your order, you will receive an email update with a link to check online tracking data.
